The operations portal of Kemetova
Kemetova is a digital marketing agency in Egypt. Kemetova OS is the private system its team uses to run clients’ work from one place: projects and tasks, client records, approvals, publishing to the social media accounts clients entrust to the agency, and the reports that show what happened.
Only Kemetova staff sign in. Clients take part through links the team sends them: a review link to approve posts, and a report link to read their monthly results. Nothing here is offered to the public as a service.

How connected accounts and their data are used
A Kemetova staff member who manages a client’s account connects it to the portal through the platform’s own login. The portal then does two things with it, and nothing else:
- Publishing: posts the client approved are published to that account at the scheduled time (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Google Business Profile).
- Results: followers, reach, views and engagement of the account and of the posts it published are read once a day, for the client’s analytics and monthly report.
The portal does not read private messages, comments or ads, does not post anything that was not approved, and never sells or shares platform data with anyone outside the agency and its service providers. Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when an account is disconnected. Google data is used only as described in the privacy policy, in line with Google’s Limited Use requirements.
