Terms of service

Effective 3 November 2026. These terms govern the use of Kemetova OS (“the portal”, at kemetova.net), operated by Kemetova (“we”, “us”), a digital marketing agency registered in Egypt (س.ت.: 207484 - ب.ض: 752-656-333).

1. What the portal is

The portal is Kemetova’s internal operations system. It is made available to our staff, and to our clients through the links we send them, as part of the services described in each client’s agreement with us. It is not a product offered to the public, and nothing on it is an offer to anyone who is not a client.

2. Who may use it

• Staff sign in with the account the agency gives them, keep their password and second factor to themselves, and use the portal only for the agency’s work.
• Clients use the review links and report links we send them. A review link lets the person it was sent to approve or send back posts on the client’s behalf; the client is responsible for who they share it with. Links expire.

3. Connected accounts and approved content

When a client’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or Google Business Profile account is connected to the portal, the person connecting it confirms they are authorised to grant that access, and the client authorises us to publish the content it approves to that account and to read the account’s results. The client remains responsible for the content it approves (its accuracy, its rights, and its compliance with the platform’s rules), and may end our access at any time by disconnecting the account or removing the portal on the platform. Each platform’s own terms also apply to what is published there.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or hateful content, to spam, to interfere with the platforms’ services, or to access data you are not entitled to. Do not try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the portal. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

5. Content, data and intellectual property

Clients keep the rights to the content and brand assets they give us and grant us the licence needed to prepare, publish and report on it. The portal’s software, design and documentation belong to Kemetova. Our use of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the portal available and publish scheduled content on time, but platforms change their rules and APIs, and the internet fails; we do not promise uninterrupted service or that every post will publish. When a post fails, the team is told and retries it. We may change or withdraw features.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kemetova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the portal, for content a client approved, or for the acts of the platforms and service providers it connects to. Our liability for the services is governed by each client’s agreement with us.

8. Ending use

Staff access ends when the person leaves the agency. Client access ends when the engagement ends; connected accounts are disconnected and their tokens deleted, and client data is kept only as the privacy policy describes.

9. Law and contact
